An Exercise Program Designed for Pre and Post Natal Women
Both pregnancy and childbirth have a huge impact on women’s bodies and lives.
With this in mind Integra Health Club has developed a wonderful exercise program specifically for mothers.
Our Strength and Stretch Program is a low impact program designed for Pre and Post Natal women to build stability and muscle endurance from the core outwards.
This program allows women to build and sustain strong tummy, back and pelvic floor muscles and improve general health, fitness and wellbeing.
Lovely relaxing stretches will ensure an enjoyable workout.
If you are pregnant or have recently had a baby, come and join our safe and supportive exercise program.

How can you get started?
You should always check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
Instruction on proper technique is very important to help you enjoy exercise without risking injury.
FREE Childcare is available in our Kid’s Korner from 8.30am until 11.30am and Afternoon Babysitting from 4pm until 5.30pm
